Without Facebook I am developing new routines. Instead of spending my time on Facebook posts and viewing videos and making comments I am going through old files and shredding what I don't need anymore.
I have put off and put off organizing my saved articles and playbills and theater reviews, brochures from trips that we've taken into a scrapbook. I have gone through half a box so far and now they have their own home that will be easy to pack when we move out of California.
I have even gone to bed earlier a few nights this week. That is a healthy routine to develop and make into a habit.
