Could you do it for just a month? I have thought about doing this challenge since the beginning of the year. So today I announced on my Facebook page that I would be taking a month off and I signed out. I told friends and family if they wanted to stay in contact with me to use the private messenger.
Reasons for going off the grid: 1. politics mostly. I am sick of it.
2. A desire to declutter and de-stress my life.
3. It's not fun anymore.
